Abstract: 目的建立并验证脑动静脉畸形(AVM)血液动力学的非定常流理论模型.方法以电学参数模拟脑血液动力学参数,用电路图分析的方法建立脑AVM血液动力学理论模型,并通过对比临床实际测量的和模型模拟计算的血流量和其波形来验证模型.结果成功建立了符合脑AVM血液动力学的非定常流集中参数模型,模型的模拟计算与临床实测的流量数据和波形相符.结论新建立的脑AVM非定常流集中参数模型科学、合理和可靠,是进行脑AVM血液动力学相关研究的有效工具.
