Abstract： @@ 造血干细胞移植(Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,HSCT)由美国Fred Hutchinson癌症研究中心的Thomas教授于20世纪50～70年代逐渐引入临床,Thomas教授也因此获得1990年诺贝尔医学奖.经过几十年的发展,HSCT已成为血液系统恶性疾病和部分非恶性疾病有效乃至惟一的根治手段.
