Abstract： @@ 器官移植作为一种治疗手段尚未达到人们期望的理想效果,目前影响临床广泛应用以及长期效果的最主要的问题仍然是移植免疫反应,包括如何预防、诊断和逆转免疫排斥反应.临床成功诱导特异性免疫耐受才能避免免疫抑制剂的不良反应以及获得移植物和受者的长期存活,这也就是其理想的目标.
