Abstract: Objectives To investigate the expression of CD69,CD25 and CD71 on CD3+ cells inperipheral blood in patients undergoing kidney transplantation and implication. Methods The lymphocytes from the peripheral blood in patients after renal transplantatiort in different periods were immunologically lamined by flow cytometry(FCM). Results The levels of CD3/CD69,CD3/CD25 and CD3/CD71 were lower in the groups of stable allograft condition and CsA nephrotoxicity (P<0.05)and markedly higher in the groups of acute reieqtion and infection(P<0.01) than those in pre-transplantation group. The increasing in the groups of acute rejection and infection emerged 1 to 4 days prior to clinical diagnosis. Conclusions The dynamic assay of CD69,CD25 and CD71 on CD3+ lymphocytes is helpful to the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of acutekidney rejection, and is of some importance for the treatment of rejection and the evaluation of the curative effects of antirejection.
