Abstract:
Objective To investigate the usage of perioperative anti-infective in general surgery in our hospital and to provide references for clinical rational usage of drugs.Methods We randomly selected 259 cases in general surgery in 2010,according to the ministry of health regarding the “ clinical use of antibiotics guiding principles” in 2004,and the “the clinical use and management of antibiotics” in 2009.Results The rate of antimicrobial drug used in general surgery was 95.8% (248/259) ; the rate in cleaning surgical was 94.1% (176/187); the rate in clean-contaminated surgery and contaminated surgery was 100.0% (61/61,72/72).The mean operation time was 2.1 h.94.4% (234/248) of antimicrobial agents were used unreasonably.The top five antimicrobial drugs were cefoxitin,mezlocillin,five water cefazolin,cefotiam and levofloxacin.Conclusion There is irrational use of perioperative antimicrobial drug in general surgery.
