Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of shenqifuzheng injection on the liver function of obstructive jaundice patients after operation. Methods Forty-two patients from May 2009 to March 2011 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(20 cases) and control group(22 cases). The control group were treated with early enteral nutrition ( EEN ).EEN were administrated 500 ml/d at the beginning then the dose was gradually up to 1000 ml/d,while the observation group was treated with additional shenqifuzheng injection for 7 days,250 ml per day. Results The liver function indexes of alanine aminotransferase ( ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and total bilirubin (TBil) were (35 ± 19) U/L,(32 ± 16) U/L,( 27 ± 9) μmol/L in observation group 7 days after operation; they were ( 51 ± 18 ) U/L,(51 ± 1 ) U/L,(41 ± 9 ) μmol/L respectively in control group 7 days after operation; the difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05).The nutritional status of preoperation and postoperation between the observation group and control group was not statistically significant (P >0.05).Conclusion Treating the liver injury after obstructive jaundice patients with shenqifuzheng injection is effective.
