Abstract： Objective To observe the clinical effects of Brucea Javanica oil emulsion combined with paclitaxol and cisplantin in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Fifty-six patients with advanced stage non-small cell lung cancer were randomized into group A (paclitaxol and cisplantin) and group B( Brucea Javanica oil emulsion combined with paclitaxol and cisplantin).Results The efficacy of two groups had no significances (P ＞0.05) (group A with 35.7％ and group B with 39.3％ ).But the clinical benefit rate had significance (group A with 71.4％ and group B with 82.2％ ) (P ＜ 0.05 ).Patients in group B had the better quality of life and less droop rate of white blood cell than those in group A ( P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Using Brucea Javanica oil emulsion combined with paclitaxol and cisplantin can increase the clinical benefit rate,enhance the quality of life and relieve the side effects of chemotherapy in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
