Abstract: Objective To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of 641 strains of pathogenicbacteria isolated from respiration medicine in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 and to provide scientific basis for clinical treatment. Methods Bacterial identification and drug sensitive test were detected using VITEK 2 Compact automated bacterial culture identification system. Results Among the separated pathogenicbacteria,Candida albicans was the most common bacteria ( 32.4% ),followed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Acinetobacter baumannii with samples separated dominantly from sputamentum (89.5% ).The detection rates of producing ESBL Klebsiella pneumoniae,Escherichia coli and mipenem resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa (IRPA)were 26.3%,56.8% and 9.2% respectively.Imipenem,Piperacillin -Tazobactam Sodium,Cefotetan and Nitrofurantoinpor for producing ESBL bacteria had a better antibacterial activity(drug resistance rate < 10% ).The resistance of Candida albicans to amphotericin B and 5-fluorocytosine was low ( drug resistance rate < 2.5 % ).Conclusions It is necessary to strength the monitoring of resistance bacteria,to select resistance bacteria medicines reasonably and to take effective infection control measures to delay the development of drug resistance.
