Abstract： Objective To analyze Acinetobacter baumannii(Ab)infection and antibacterial drug resistance to guide clinical drug usage. Methods ATB Expression was used to analyze drug sensitivity of patients hospitalized during January 1 st,2009 to February 28th,2010. Results Fifty-six strains of Ab were isolated in this period,while 53.6% of them were isolated from the intensive care unit.Ab was detected mostly from phlegm and the percentage was 87.50%. Conclusions Ab does not tolerate Polymyxin E and is sensitive to Imipenem and Meropenem,butit has high tolerance to other antibacterials.Clinically attaching the importance of bacteria culture and using antibacteria agents reasonably could prevent the increasing resistant organism.
