Abstract： Objective To evaluate the value of combined Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy in the treatment of uterine septum. Methods Retrospective analysis the effects of 41 cases of Uterine Septum which treated with transcervical resection a combined with Laparoscopy. Results 41 cases of Uterine Septum are resected one-time success ,there are no complication.34 cases have pregnancy after the surgery ,33 cases labored.Pregnancy rate 82.9%,Term delivery rate 80.5%. Conclusions Combined Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy in the treatment of uterine septum is a effective therapy,especially for complex uterine malformation and the cases combined with pelvic lesions.This approach significantly improve the success rate and reduce complications.
