Abstract： Objective To investigate the clinical significance of improving the life quality of the patients with Non-small cell lung cancer using the treatment of Huachansu and chemotherapy. Methods The 60 NSCLC pa-tients were randomly divided into Huachansu group and contrast group. The Huachansu group applied NP program or EP program at the same time. Contrast group applied NP program. The program were carried out for three weeks.We analyzed the effect after two courses. Results The effective power was 36. 7% in the Huachansu group and 23. 3% in the contrast group. Difference was significant ( P <0. 05). The Huachansu group surpassed the contrast group in aspects of pain management and Karnofsky (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination program of Hua-chansu and chemotherapy can improve curative effect and the life quality of the patients.
