Abstract: Objective To discuss the opteration therapies of colorectal cancer causing intestinal obstruction.Methods Retrospectively analyze 50 operation therapy cases of colorectal cancer causing intestinal obstruction.Treatment of preoperative period and curative effect of postoperation were evaluated.Results One-stage resection and primary anastomosis were performed in 21 eases.Eleven patients underwent Harlmann procedure The whole colon and partial bladder ileostomy were performed in 1 case.Seventeen cases were treated with shortcuts and simple ostomy surgery.Wound infection occurred in 3 eases, as a surgical complication, and no anastomotie leakage appeared.There was no surgical death in the cases.Conclusions One-stage resection and anastomosis can be considered to treat intestinal obstruction caused by eolorectal cancer in the careful selection of cases.
