Abstract: Objective To investigate the diagnosis and minimal-invasive surgical treatment of pulmonary bulla.Methods Totally 45 patients with pulmonary bulla underwent video-assisted thoracoseopie surgery.All patients underwent preoperative chest radiography scan and 36 patients underwent preoperative chest CT scan.Results All patients were cured.Pulmonary bullae were detected by preoperative chest CT scan in 25 patients, by preoperative chest radiography scan in 10 patients.Conclusions For pulmonary bulla, video-assisted thoracoscopie surgery is the preferred technique of minimal-invasive surgical treatment with minimum trauma, little bleeding, safety.Chest CT scans have important significance in the preoperative diagnosis of pulmonary bulla.
