Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between development pulmonary hypertension (PH)and TGF-β1 in the congenital heart disease(CHD) and PH patients.Methods Serum of vain TGF-β1 concentration of CHD was measured by ELISE assy in different pulmonary hypertension and time (among the non-PH group and mild,moderate and servere PH groups every 12).Results There were significant changes in serum levels of TGF-β1 at the different PH.in the non-PH and mild, moderate PH, there were significant difference between the non-PH and mild,moderate PH and servere PH groups levels of TGF-β1 , especially, there is a noteable change between the non-PH and servere PH groups (P<0.01).Conclusions TGF-β1 in the left to right flow CHD patient has a great effect on the shaping and development of PH, and check the factor concentration may estimate the PH level of the CHD, operation standard and prognosis.
