Abstract: Objective To study the clinical and coronary angiographic characteristics in coronary heart disease (CHD) patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM).Methods A total of 310 CHD patients confirmed by coronary angiography were divided two groups based on the concurrence with DM(106 patients) or not DM (204 patients).Their clinical and coronary angiography results were analyzed.Results Compared with group with CHD,the level of TG and LDL-C obviously increased (P<0.05) and the level of HDL-C decreased in obserevation group (P<0.05).The DM patients suffered more from multi-vessel lesions.Conclusion Clinical and coronary angiographic characteristics are complicated in the patients with CHD and type 2 DM.
