Abstract： Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yixinshu capsule in diabetic patients complicated with coronary heart diseases(CltD). Methods A total of 225CHD patients complicated with diabete were divided into two groups, the control group received conventional hypoglycemia therapy and coronary vasodilator only, while the treatment group received conventional therapy plus Yixinshu capsule 1.2 g three times per day for 8 weeks. The clinical symptoms, angina stenosis, electrocardiogram and glucose were observed before and after treatment. Results As compared with the control group, the treatment group had a much better improvement in clinical symptoms, the total effective rate of cardiovascular event release was 90.9% ,and it was 72.1% superior to the control group,P <0.05. Conclusion Yixinshu capsule has a good therapeutic efficacy for in diabetic patients comphcated with coronary heart diseases(CHD).
