Abstract： Objective To evaluate the effect of Xinnaoxin capsule on left ventricular systolic function in patients with unstable angina pectoris associated with coronary heart disease. Methods Eighty patients with unstable angina pectoris were enrolled and randomly divided into experimental group and control group (40 patients in each group). Those patients were received routine treatment of stable angina pectoris for 4 weeks, plus in experimental group patients were added Xinnaoxin capsule for four weeks. Results The level of SV、CO、EF、FS in the experi-mental group increased significantly after 4 weeks' therapy ( P>0.05 ), but no significant increase in the controlgroup. Compared with the control group, all indexes in group A increased more than those in group B ( P>0.05 ).Conclusion Xinnaoxin capsule has good therapeutic effect on left ventricular systolic function on patients with unstable angina pectoris associated with coronary atherosclerotic disease.
