Study of effective of skin flap with injecting vasodilatator in different location

Abstract： Objective To stuay the influence of skin flap for inject vasodilatator through different pathway.Methods Twenty-four weight ClOSe to each other,male rabbit of New Zealand,random allocation to 4 groups.There are 6 rabbig in every group.To establish pattem of skin flap for left inferior beiiy arteria epigastria superficialis.4 groups accoring to inject location for papaverine divid to stalk of skin flap and intramuscular injection,intramuscular injection.Through color Doppler to observe blood vessel distribute,blood stream and skin flap.Results Compare with inject papaverine in stalk of skin flap more effectiveness than intramuscular injection(P＜0.05).Conclusion Injecting papaverine in stalk of skin flap more effectiveness than injecting papaverine in buttocks side.
