Relationship between the tablet of Yinhuang and C-reactive protein.intedeukin-6 in pharyngitis rabbit model

Abstract： Objective To study the expression of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 in the pharyngitis rabbit model with the tablet of Yinhuang.Methotis Choose 20 rabbits,use the method of Pengg to make the pharyngitis rabbit model.with Immunohistochemical detection to determine CRP and IL-6 before and after the recovery pharyngitis.Results CRP testing before making model content in the blood low,IL-6 is a weak expression,after modcling success,CRP levels increased,IL-6 expression.with the improvement of pharyngitis,blood levels of CRP gradually reduced and IL-6 showed strong expression.Conclusion CRP and IL-6 ale markers of inflammatory response,which play important role in the process of the pharyngitis rabbit model,the tablet of Yinhuang has a certain therapeutic effect.
