Abstract： 患者女,70岁,江苏溧水人,居住在丘陵地带,平素体健,因“发热、腹泻一周”,于2011年5月30日入院.此次以发热为首发症状,最高体温39.3℃,病程早期感极度乏力伴全身肌肉酸痛,病程第3天曾出现一过性腹泻,主要为黄色稀水样便.入院时为病程第7～8天.入院查体:神志尚清,精神萎靡,巩膜无黄染,结膜无充血,口唇无紫绀.右下肺可闻及湿啰音,心律齐.全腹软,无压痛及反跳痛,未及包块,肝、肾区无叩击痛.
