Abstract： @@ 口腔扁平苔藓(oral lichen planus,OLP)的病因复杂,至今未明.OLP的免疫病理机制是什么?是否为自身免疫性疾病?是否有癌变潜能?是否有评估疾病活性的敏感免疫指标?其临床中西医免疫治疗效果如何?都是值得学者们关注的课题.
