Abstract: 目的研制一套具有不同弯曲角度的牙科纤维增强复合材料(FRC)桩钉,探讨弯曲角度对FRC桩钉性能的影响.方法自行设计一套金属模具,利用该模具制作一套弯曲角度分别为5°、10°、15°的FRC弯钉.三点挠曲实验比较不同弯曲度的FRC弯钉与FRC直钉的挠曲强度和挠曲模量.结果15°FRC弯钉的挠曲性能低于5°、10°及直钉,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余各组FRC桩钉的挠曲性能,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论自制FRC桩钉的弯曲角度在0°、5°、10°时,其对材料力学性能影响较小.
