Abstract: Objective To sum up the researches on osteoporosis induced by microgravity Literature resources and selection The related articles published at home and abroad. Literature quotation Forty-eight references were cited. Literature synthesis The effects of microgravity on osteoblast and the differentiation process from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) to mature osteoblast were introduced in details.In addition,researches on the effects of microgravity on osteocyte and osteoclast were summarized. Conclusion Microgravity affects the morphology,proliferation,apoplosis,differentiation and functions of bone cells,which results in the decrease of bone formation and increase of bone resorption,and induces bone loss.
