Abstract: 目的观察一氧化碳(CO)暴露对大鼠脑中p53基因的影响.方法用Wistar大鼠制成CO中毒动物模型,分别在染毒后当天、第2,3天处死,取脑制成切片,用地高辛p53 mRNA探针原位杂交,观察p53的信号分布.结果 p53 mRNA的表达在海马、大脑皮层和胼胝体比较明显,其中海马的表达信号最强,大脑皮层次之,胼胝体最弱,其他部位呈散在的弱信号.相应区域在各个时间的差异无显著性.对照组未见表达.结论 CO暴露对海马、大脑皮层和胼胝体的损害最为明显;凋亡的过程是一个阶段性持续的过程.
