Abstract： @@ 高同型半胱氨酸血症可引发中枢神经系统损害,多为动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死[1],也可引起白质脑病[2],后者临床少见.2010年8月我院收治2例高同型半胱氨酸血症患者,系同胞兄妹,父母非近亲结婚,无家族史.现报道如下.
