Abstract： @@ MRI是研究中枢神经系统疾病脑结构变化的重要工具,传统的MR分析脑结构的方法包括观察法、径线测量法及ROI法,这些方法仅能测量脑区明显的病变、客观性较低、耗时耗力、可重复性差.随着计算机后处理技术的发展及新成像方法的不断涌现,使得活体(in vivo)研究脑结构变化成为可能.
