Abstract： of DE-MRI and the specificity and accuracy of LDDSE were significantly lower than that of DE-MRI (P < 0. 05). Conclusion DE-MRI with high specificity and accuracy, potentially, is a valuable imaging method for the detection of viable myocardium.
