Abstract： @@ 妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,ICP)是一种特发于妊娠中、晚期的疾病,其病因及发病机制迄今不明.该病在临床上以皮肤瘙痒、生化上以肝内胆汁淤积的血液学指标异常、病程上以临床表现及生化异常在产后迅速消失或恢复正常为特征.发病率为0.8%～12.0%,有明显的种族和地域差异.
