Abstract： @@ 随着人民生活水平及对生活质量要求的提高、农村人口向城市的流动大幅度增加、而外来人口产前检查率较低,使得产科危重症的问题日趋显得突出.上海市2000年至2007年产科危重症发生率有明显的上升,全国各大城市如广州、成都地区也有类似情况,这需引起我们足够的重视.
