Abstract： @@ 1953年Seldinger首次在局部麻醉下经皮股动脉穿刺,行动脉造影,由于其创伤小,操作简便,介入部位准确,并简化了某些外科手术,使血管性介入治疗(介入治疗)技术得以在临床推广应用.20世纪80年代,血管数字减影术(digital sub-traction angiography,DSA)的问世,以及多种低渗透压碘造影剂的出现,使这一技术更趋完善,其应用范围不断开拓.在妇产科疾病诊治中,此项技术主要是应用在选择性或超选择性盆腔动脉造影、动脉药物灌注和栓塞等方面.
