Abstract： A46-year old non-smoking Chinese man was found accidently elevated D-dimer during his annual health checkup on June 10,2010.The value of his D-dimer was found substantially elevated (6110 ng/ml) (reference range ＜350 ng/ml) by automated latex-enhanced light-scattering immunoassays.Prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time and fibrinogen were within the reference range.The patient had no history of
