Abstract： @@ Allergic asthma is a chronic disorder characterized by chronic airway inflammation, airway hyperresponsiveness, reversible airway obstruction, airway remodelling and mucus hypersecretion. It has been widely recognized that the infiltration of the lung with increased number of eosinophils is a hallmark of this disease.1
