The Inhibition Effect of Fluvastation on IL-18 Expression of Monocyte Cells in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

Abstract： 目的观察急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者单核细胞对IL-18的表达及氟伐他汀对其抑制作用.方法分离ACS患者外周血单核细胞,不同浓度氟伐他汀干预培养,逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测单核细胞对IL-18 mRNA的表达.结果 ACS患者外周血单核细胞可表达IL-18 mRNA,0.1μmol·L-1、1.0μmol·L-1浓度氟伐他汀干预时,IL-18 mRNA光密度分别从54.1±9.9降至50.1±12.6(P＜0.05)、41.2±9.8(P＜0.01),呈剂量依赖性.结论 ACS患者外周血单核细胞可表达IL-18mRNA,且氟伐他汀对其呈剂量依赖性抑制.
