Abstract： 目的探讨EBV与HCC的关系及与其它病毒有无协同作用.方法采用PCR及免疫组化方法检测石蜡包埋HCC标本中EBV.结果 PCR测EBV DNA(BamH1 W和/或LMP1)阳性率为28.2%.免疫组化测EBV LMP1多定位于肿瘤细胞中.结论 EBV在HCC组织中有较高的检出率,可能在HCC的发生中起一定作用.
