Abstract： 目的:观察自发性腹膜炎患者腹水中细菌潜生体(CGC)的生物学特性.方法:用细菌形态学检测方法观察腹水细菌CGC的形成;用细菌显微培养技术、细菌遗传稳定性试验和最小抑菌浓度(MIC)测定并观察CGC的生物学特点.结果:自发性腹膜炎患者腹水中CGC具有传代生长、繁殖方式多样、活动能力强和抗生素耐受力强的特点.结论:自发性腹膜炎患者腹水CGC有很强的繁殖能力、运动能力和抗生素耐受力,从而具有极强的侵袭力.
