Abstract： @@ 尽管肥胖症伴2型糖尿病的非外科疗法如控制饮食、运动、药物等能在短期内减少体质量的5%～10%,并较为有效地控制血糖,但其长期减肥及维持血糖正常的效果并不理想[1,2].因此,肥胖症伴2型糖尿病的外科治疗显得越来越重要.
