Abstract： @@ 20世纪70年代前.实体癌肝转移均被认为是姑息治疗的对象;80年代以后,一些学者相继报道结直肠癌肝转移行肝切除是一种有效的治疗方法.近年来.结直肠癌肝转移的外科治疗已取得良好的效果.然而,胃癌肝转移外科治疗效果仍不理想.
