Abstract： @@ 遗传性非息肉病性结直肠癌(hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer, HNPCC) 是一种常染色体显性遗传病 , 约占结直肠癌的 5% ～15% , 错配修复(mismatch reapair, MMR) 基因的种系突变是该病的遗传学基础 , 该基因的突变能导致复制错误增加 , 微卫星不稳定而使多器官肿瘤发生 [1]. HNPCC患者其预后优于散发性结直肠癌 , 但原发癌的发生率明显上升 , 生存 10年以上的 HNPCC患者 , 异时性多原发癌发生率在 30% 以上 [1]. 我们对收集的 32个家系 91例 HNPCC患者进行了随访和研究 , 以进一步了解中国人 HNPCC患者多原发癌的发病特点 .
