The effect of galanin on translocation of glucose transporter 4 in adipocytes of rats

Abstract： 目的 探查甘丙肽能否促进大鼠脂肪细胞GluT4膜位移. 方法 用3H葡萄糖测3T3L1脂肪细胞葡萄糖(2DG)摄取率；大鼠分4组:安静和运动对照组注射生理盐水,安静和运动用药组注射甘丙肽拮抗剂M35.两运动组大鼠游泳20 d,60 min/d. 结果 甘丙肽增加葡萄糖摄取；两用药组大鼠正糖钳的葡萄糖输注速率及脂肪细胞GluT4 mRNA水平均下降,细胞外膜和总膜GluT4浓度降低,且外膜与总膜GluT4比值低于对照组. 结论 甘丙肽可促进GluT4膜转位而增强胰岛素敏感性.
