Correlation of PGE2 and IL-1β levels in serum and gingival crevicular fluid with diabetic nephropathy in patients with severe periodontal diseases

Abstract： 目的 研究前列腺素(PG)E2和白介素(IL)-1β与重度牙周病患者糖尿病肾病(DN)的关系. 方法 选取64名有2型糖尿病(T2DM)的重度牙周病患者和16名无糖尿病的重度牙周病患者.测定两组血清和龈沟液中的PGE2和IL-1β,以及24h尿白蛋白(UAlb)排泄量. 结果 (1)24hUAlb正相关于血清和龈沟液中PGE2和IL-1β含量.(2)龈沟液中IL-1β含量是24hUAlb的独立危险因素. 结论 血清和龈沟液中PGE2和IL-1β随UAlb排泄率的增加而增加.
