The study on the relationship of lipotoxicity and the apoptosis of pancreatic islet β-cell in rats with type 2 diabetes

Abstract： 目的 探讨脂毒性对β细胞凋亡的作用及其作用机制,了解其与T2DM发病的关系. 方法高脂饲养结合STZ小剂量注射诱导正常SD大鼠发生T2DM,检测凋亡的β细胞,比较各组血清相应指标. 结果 所造模型符合T2DM发病特点,TG、TC、FBG均高于其他组,β细胞凋亡率增加,且与血糖水平呈正相关. 结论脂毒性促进β细胞凋亡增加,β细胞功能受损,最终导致T2DM发生.
