The correlation of MOT,CCK,SS with obstacle of gastrointestinal function in DM rats

Abstract： Thirty male Wister rats were divided into two groups randomly:STZ-induced diabetes group(n=15) and normal control group(n=15).The DM rats were not treated with hypoglycemic agents for 12 weeks.The gastric retention rate,the transmssion function of small intestine in DM rats and MOT,CCK,SS in blood were tested.By the time of the twelfth week,the DM rats presented the increased gastric retention rate,decreased transmission rat of small intestine,the increased levels of MOT and CCK,and the decreased SS level.In conclusion,the obstacle of gastrointestinal function of DM is closely related to the disorder of gastrointestinal hormones
