Abstract： To study the 99 cases of gestational carbohydrate metabolism abnormity and their pregnant outcome, we inquired into the association of glucose challeng test (GCT) and BMI with OGTT abnormity.There were more items of OGTT abnormity when GCT and BMI were higher. OGTT abnormity items mainly occurred in the second and third stages. Triglyceride was higher in the group with postpartum carbohydrate metabolism abnormity than in normal group. We must observe the gestational carbohydrate metabolism abnormity of mother and baby and we have to pay more attention to the postpartum visit.
