Abstract： The plasmid p(GIRE)3BP-11× Furin was transfected into HepG-2 cells by liposome-mediated method and the cells were cultured in different concentrations of glucose and insulin.The insulin mRNA expressions were stimulated by glucose and inhibited by insulin in a concentration-dependent manner.
