Protective effect of sodium salicylate against IL-1β induced damages of the NIT-1 cells

Abstract： 目的 探讨水杨酸钠对白介素(IL)1β致NIT-1细胞损伤的保护作用以及可能的保护机制.方法 采用流式细胞技术检测细胞凋亡,Western Blot方法检测细胞核内NF-κBp65蛋白的表达.结果 IL-1β+水杨酸钠(20mmol/L)组的细胞凋亡率和NF-κB p65蛋白含量较单一IL-1β组明显下降,与未干预组无显著差异.结论 水杨酸钠能够显著抑制IL-1β诱导的NIT-1细胞凋亡以及IL-1 β诱导的NF-κB的活化.
