The association of NAD(P)H oxidase subunit p22phox gene polymorphism with type 2 diabetes in Shanghai population

Abstract: 目的 研究NAD(P)H氧化酶p22phox基因多态性与上海地区人群2型糖尿病(T2DM)相关性. 方法 应用PCR-RFLP方法对194名T2DM患者和105名健康对照者(NC)行NAD(P)H氧化酶p22phox亚基C242T、A640G基因型检测,并测身高、体重、血脂、FPG、Fins、HbA1c.结果 T2DM组CT+TT基因型频率(20.62%vs3.81% P=0.002)及T等位基因频率(16.75%vs2.86%, P=0.000)明显高于NC组,两组间AG+AA基因型频率(13.33%vs12.88% P=0.562)及A等位基因频率(14.04%vs12.38% P=0.195)差异无统计学意义.多元回归分析,242T等位基因、BMI、FPG、HbA1c是T2DM的危险因素. 结论 结果表明p22phox亚基T等位基因可能与上海地区人群T2DM相关.NAD(P)H氧化酶p22phox亚基A640G基因多态性与该人群T2DM无相关性.242T等位基因与BMI、FPG、HbA1c相关,可能是T2DM的危险因素.
