Abstract: @@ 尽管胰岛素抵抗(IR)与糖悄病(DM)、肥胖、高血压和心血管疾病关系密切,但其分子机制并不完全清楚.在细胞水平,IR是指胰岛素信号传导能力的减低,这种信号传导从胰岛素受体向下到达胰岛素作用的终未底物,涉及到细胞功能的多种代谢和促有丝分裂方面.
