Epidemiology investigation of diabetes in Yugu people and its associated factors

Abstract： The 836 Yugu people aged over 18 years were investigated in cluster sampling and FPG/75 g OGTT examination in Gansu province in 1999-2000.The prevalences of DM and IGT were 0.7% and 1.9% respectively in Yugu people,which are lower than those in the population of Gansu province,and not associated with diet habits,environment of high plateau,and sex.
