Abstract： Brachi-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV) was higher in diabetes mellitus(DM,n=100) group thanthat in control(n=50) group ,and higher in DMwith hypertension (n=72) thanthatin DM with normotension(n=28) group .baPWV was correlated with age ,systolic and diastolic bloodpressure .baPWV was significantly lower after administer of cilostazol .
