Effects of vitamin C and vitamin E combination therapy on oxidized LDL and C-reactive protein in IGT patients

Abstract： The study of IGT(n=36) and NGT(n=33) cases showed that the markedly in-creased levels of ox-LDL,CRP and MDA in IGT vs NGT were significantly ameliorated after combina-tion therapy with vitamin E(200 mg/d) and vitamin C(500 mg/d) for 8 weeks.
